Beneficial Owners of the Trust are invited to attend the

2019 Annual General Meeting of Owners

on Saturday the 12th of October 2019

at the Napier Conference Centre, 48 Marine Parade, Napier

commencing at 9.30am

An agenda will be mailed to owners whose

addresses are known.

Owners who have NOT received an agenda may

phone Amy on 06 835 5018 to request one.

The scheduled finish time is 12.30pm,

and with a light lunch to follow.

Only beneficial owners shall have speaking and voting rights,

other persons may only speak at the invitation of the Chairman.

Proxies will not be accepted.
